At our studios, we focus on delivering exceptional, clinical-grade therapeutic care. We often hear from our community that the treatment they receive here matches or exceeds the quality of high-end, full-service spas. Because our focus is entirely on your physical wellness and recovery, we like to keep our policies straightforward and transparent.

Lately, many of our guests have asked for guidance on standard tipping practices, so we wanted to share a quick guide to help clear up any questions.

A Professional Partnership

First and foremost, tipping is entirely personal and always at your discretion. Our primary goal is to help you feel your best, move without pain, and find a dedicated space for healing.

At the same time, our massage therapists are highly skilled, licensed professionals who dedicate their time, intense physical energy, and specialized expertise to your long-term wellness. Gratuities represent a vital part of their professional income and directly support their livelihoods.

Why Massage Tipping is Different

Guests often wonder if standard restaurant percentages (like 15% or 20%) apply to bodywork. However, the nature of the service is fundamentally different:

  • In a restaurant setting: A server divides their time, attention, and effort across multiple tables and many guests simultaneously. A 20% tip is an excellent standard for shared care.

  • In a clinical massage setting: Your therapist is dedicated exclusively to you. For a full 60 or 90 minutes, they provide demanding, physically rigorous, one-on-one care tailored entirely to your body's needs. Because a therapist can only treat one person at a time and put their full physical energy into your session, gratuity practices are typically higher to reflect that exclusive dedication.

Standard Gratuity Guidelines

If you had a great session and would like to show your appreciation for your therapist's dedicated one-on-one care, here is a simple breakdown based on standard practices:

  • 60-Minute Custom Treatment: A standard gratuity of $25 – $30 is an excellent way to say thank you.

  • 90-Minute Extended Treatment: For deeper, more focused work, a gratuity of $30 and up is customary.

How to Leave a Tip

To make things as seamless as possible for you, tips can be added at the front desk via card or left in cash directly for your therapist at the end of your session.

We are incredibly grateful for our community of guests who value the expertise, physical dedication, and well-being of our team. Thank you for partnering with us on your wellness journey and for supporting the professionals who make our care possible!
